			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For Toastmasters, spring brings with it 3 calls for nominations and eventual election of the 7 new club officers for the start of the Toastmaster year in September. In this episode, I briefly describe several of the responsibilities of each, then give my overview of how I see the 7 club officers working together.
